We have developed a system that can be added to client’s Content Management Systems that enables them to create newsletters and marketing flyers which appear as attractively designed HTML web pages with graphics, images and hyperlinks back to their website. All images contained in the website image library can be used. Once created newsletters/flyers can be sent by email. Recipients will receive the email as a HTML web page which will display in their email software. Using this system clients can communicate far more effectively by email in promoting their business and in keeping existing customers aware of new products, offers and services.

The procedure for creating a newsletter or flyer is quite straightforward:-
- Client logs in to their CMS
- Select Add from the Newsletter Menu
- Enter date, choose image, enter text
- Click the Create Button
- View the newsletter/flyer
- Select Send By Email in browser menu
- Outlook Express/Outlook is launched
- Select recipients from Address Book
- Send email
